To qualify for a price match:

  1. All fees, shipping costs and taxes must be included in the price comparison.
  2. Both items must be identical in brand, size, color and style number.
  3. A customer requesting a price match must provide the website URL displaying the compared product and pricing.

Items Availability

Adjusting our website inventory with the stock held in our warehouse and store may lead to some discrepancies. Items may rarely appear as ‘’in stock’’ when they are ‘’out of stock’’ or on back order. In the event a customer purchases one such item, customer service will contact the customer by email indicating any back order dates, if applicable. The customer will have the option to wait until the back order date for the item to be shipped or opt for an immediate refund. The merchandise available at www.tyhboutique.com is subject to change. 

Defective Item(s) & Chargebacks

If for any reason you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you must contact our customer care team within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. We kindly ask that you provide a brief description of the issue along with supporting photos of the item and packaging, if applicable.

Upon review, our team will promptly issue a pre-paid return label so that the item can be sent back to us for inspection and refund or replacement.

Please note:
Initiating a chargeback claim with your credit card provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue and return the item will be viewed as a potentially fraudulent action. This is because no attempt was made to return the merchandise in exchange for a refund, thereby indicating an intention to both retain the product and receive reimbursement. We reserve the right to dispute such chargebacks with all supporting evidence, including tracking and return policies acknowledged at checkout.

The TYH Boutique family wants to give back the love to its loyal customers and so we often offer a GWP (Gift With Purchase) promotions. Please note that the gifted item(s) are subject to a limit of one per customer, meaning customers cannot place many orders in attempt to receive the free item with every order. Each customer is limited to one free item during each promotional period. If an order is returned for such promotions the free item is to be returned as well.
