RETURNS
United States and Canada
TYH Boutique is proud to offer FREE returns.
You may request to return or exchange your item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be in new condition, never worn or washed and their original tags never removed. Once we receive your return request, we will send you an email with detailed return instructions, a pre-paid return label and a commercial invoice. Customers have 10 business days to drop off the return parcel(s) to the shipping carrier associated with the label they have received, after which the return parcel will not be accepted at our return facility.
*Please note TYH Boutique reserves the right to refuse a return(s) in the event that a customer has not respected the return requirements above.
In order to request a return or an exchange:

Please include your Order ID, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for your return. If you desire an exchange please include the style Id color and size of the item you wish to receive in exchange.
*Please note that items purchased on sale or using a promotional coupon code (other than the coupon obtained upon subscribing to our newsletter) are eligible for an exchange or store credit only.
Please note that every order is limited to one return label. A customer cannot request more than one return per order.
International
In order to request a return or an exchange:

Please include your Order ID, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for your return. If you desire an exchange please include the style Id color and size of the item you wish to receive in exchange.
You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in new condition, never worn or washed and have their original tags. Please contact customer service for detailed return instructions as the procedure may vary by country. Customers have 10 business days to drop off the return parcel(s) to a shipping carrier of their choice, after which the return parcel will not be accepted at our return facility.

REFUNDS
United States and Canada & International
Once your items are received, they will be inspected to ensure that the above conditions are met. Once your return is approved, we will initiate a full refund through your original payment method. You will receive the credit within 1 to 7 business days depending on the payment method used at the time of purchase and your financial institution. If you are returning an item(s) eligible for store credit only, we will email a store credit code to the email address associated with your order after approving your return.
International
Once your items are received, they will be inspected to ensure that the above conditions are met. Once your return is approved, we will initiate a full refund through your original payment method. If you are returning an item(s) eligible for store credit only, we will email a store credit code to the email address associated with your order after approving your return.
*Please note that any return costs associated with your international return upon arrival at our return facility such as customs or duties will be deducted from your Refund(s)/Store credit.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please note all clearance item(s) purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Clearance items are marked with a yellow clearance tag. Sale items can be returned for store credit but not clearance items.
